Bait - Cyberpunk Environment Design

This piece speaks to the targeted consumer inside us all and the setting is a dense futuristic dystopia where heavily cyberized and augmented beings walk amongst humanity.

Bait is part of a series of works created during 2019's Inktober challenge where I, instead, did "Rendertober" with 31 new peices each day of that October month.

There are number of hidden homages to influences and inspirations in this Blender / Photoshop hybrid artwork.
Most of the architecture here are assets I bought from kitbash3D for use in concept executions and quick box-outs. The characters in the scene are all of my own creation, the main subject in the middle is ENDERS my character I created a number of years ago as a video game concept anti-hero/protagonist. Adorning the buildings are a number of advertisements targeting the citizens of the city, made to illustrate the point that those adverts are "bait" for the people to bite on...
